How does ArrivalpaK Work?

ArrivalpaK allows you to enjoy yourself for even longer by taking away any hassle and worry you may have about feeding yourself and your family when you get back.

You order your ArrivalpaK before you go on holiday, then when you get back to the airport your ArrivalpaK is handed to you as you arrive and then all you have to think about is getting home, having a cup of tea and going to bed

How do I Order my ArrivalpaK?

Ordering couldn't be simpler.

1. Use the links of the left of this page to view our product selections.
2. Chose from our range of ready-made ArrivalpaKs or build your own to meets your needs from our range of products
3. Click the "order now" button and proceed to the checkout

Where do I collect my ArrivalpaK?

When you arrive at the airport from your return flight you will pass through immigration and move to collect your baggage. Once you have collected your baggage you will pass through the arrivals gate into the main airport building. When you pass through the gate you will see directly in front of you a member of staff from ArrivalpaK waiting for you.

You state your name and your flight number and you will receive your pre paid ArrivalpaK and all that remains is for you to carry on your journey home

1. Arrive at airport & collect baggage
2. Exit baggage reclaim area & see ArrivalpaK stand
3. State your name & You are given your ArrivalpaK
4. Go home happy

What happens if my return flight is delayed and I get to the airport after midnight?

If your return flight is delayed through no fault of your own and you arrive at Bristol airport after 6am, but before 7am you will still receive your ArrivalpaK. ArrivalpaK will ensure that a member of staff is available to hand your ArrivalpaK to you.

However if your delayed flight arrives after 7am (again through no fault of your own) the cost of your ArrivalpaK will be refunded to you and you will get a free ArrivalpaK the next time you travel (terms and conditions apply)
