| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery time. Any orders placed outside this time will delivered at the discretion of ArrivalpaK Ltd and no refunds will be given. We accept credit card payments. We accept Visa Mastercard and American Express. Because of our unique delivery process (Delivering to you in person at the airport) we will charge your card at the point of purchase. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling There are no shipping costs associated with our products. Your ArrivalpaK will be delivered to you in person at the airport. A Handling charge of £2 is applied to both 'Ready-made' and 'Build your Own' ArrivalpaKs. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery time. Any orders placed outside this time will delivered at the discretion of ArrivalpaK Ltd and no refunds will be given. We deliver your order to you at Bristol International Airport on the date and time specified by the customer during the ordering process. ArrivalpaK Ltd will accept no liability for incorrect information supplied by the customer. Customers on delayed flights (which are out of the control of the customer) will still receive their ArrivalpaK, unless the delay results in the flight returning outside delivery hours as stated by ArrivalpaK on the website. Customers who are onboard a delayed flights (and who have ordered and paid for an ArrivalpaK) which land outside the alloted delivery time will receive a full refund. ArrivalpaK currently deliver to Bristol International Airport only. ArrivalpaK will deliver products on the dates and times displayed in the 'delivery times' sections. |
| Back Orders Our products are always ordered in advance by the customer. There is no standing stock as all products are fresh on the day of delivery. |
| Credit Card Security Orders placed via our website are handled by WorldPay on their secure site and credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. No cedit card details are received or stored by ArrivalpaK Ltd. All credit card orders are processed online through Worldpay. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

| Privacy Policy ArrivalpaK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
